Why this project mattered
Routine Expert needed more than a standard online store. The business combines curated longevity products, international operations, multi-location inventory, and fulfilment complexity that can quickly create stock errors, pricing delays, and manual coordination overhead.
The core business requirement was reliability: stock, orders, pricing, and operational decisions had to move through one dependable system instead of being reconciled by hand across stores, warehouses, and sales tools.
