Why this project mattered
Most AI tools remain isolated point solutions: a chat window, a generator, a scheduler, or a small automation script. AI Smart was designed for a harder problem: turning AI into an operating layer that can support real business workflows across accounts, users, permissions, content, credits, and integrations.
The platform needed to support fast product iteration without becoming a fragile prototype. That meant reliable tenant boundaries, persistent assistant context, plan-aware access, quota accounting, and user interfaces that let non-technical operators run complex AI work without seeing the underlying orchestration.
What Webase Global built
- Designed a modular SaaS architecture with workspace and account-level separation, so each customer can operate independent contexts, assets, limits, and automation surfaces.
- Built AI workflow foundations for content generation, research, planning, social media automation, assistant memory, and structured tool use instead of generic prompt-only interactions.
- Implemented product-grade control layers including subscriptions, credits, usage tracking, integration gating, account switching, and operational admin views.
