Born in Poland and having lived in Asia for over a decade, I started programming as a hobby at 11 and launched my first company at 18. Since then, I’ve never stopped building knowledge and real-world experience in software engineering. Outside work, I enjoy diving, which teaches humility, and climbing mountains, which brings perspective. I also love traveling and cooking with my wife, turning flavors from around the world into shared memories. I focus on coordinating delivery so that projects feel complete, structured, and actually move forward. I work across planning, communication, and execution, making sure that what gets designed is what gets built, and what gets built actually works as intended. My strength is bringing clarity and flow to complex projects, connecting people, priorities, and timelines so nothing gets lost or stuck along the way. Outside of work, I’m passionate about aviation, figure skating, and the emotional power of operettas and music drama. These interests sharpen my eye for precision, rhythm, and storytelling.
